Triple C  Refund Policy

At Triple C Loaded Teas, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted loaded teas, coffees, and specialty products made with love right here in Arkansas. Because each order is custom-made, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your experience!
 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or picked up. This policy helps us maintain product freshness and safety for all customers.

Order Issues or Damages

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.


To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are prepared or shipped. Once we begin making your items or the order is in transit, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Event & Vendor Sales

All purchases made at vendor events or pop-up booths are final sale. Please double-check your order before leaving the booth to ensure accuracy.

Subscription Boxes

If you’re part of our Loaded Tea Subscription Program, cancellations or changes must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Once the box has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
